Pale is a small town located at the gate of Jahorina, a beautiful mountain that hosted Winter Olympics in 1984. A favorable strategic and geographical position, as well as the proximity of the capital city of Sarajevo, allows Pale to be an attractive tourist center, but also an ideal host for every guest. A warm atmosphere, a pleasant ambience and hospitality of the citizens will be your lasting memory from this magical place and will make you feel like home. A little over 20,000 inhabitants and over 4,000 students from many cities across Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro make Pale so special and unusual. A large number of sports and cultural events are held all year round, so it’s always an ideal time to visit Pale. During the winter, Pale is comfortably tucked under deep snow blanket which complements the snowy idyll of this mountainous town. An excellent alternative to Jahorina is the newly opened ski center “Ravna planina”, which is located only 2 km from the center of Pale and offers 7500 m of ski slopes. “Jahorina Express” project represents cabin gondola, which will enable express transport of skiers from Pale to Jahorina and is expected to be finished by the next year.

Sarajevo offers everything that capital has to offer: good restaurants and excellent food, top clubs and entertainment, as well as perfect places for deep relaxation.
